A good night out!

This is the Tennent's Training Academy kitchen which is situated in their main brewery in Glasgow. They run evening courses and we attended cocktail mixing and pizza making classes.

This blip shows head chef Michael Kilkie explaining the intricacies of pizza making to delegates. To be honest with you it was easy. He had already made the dough and all we had to do was chuck the toppings on!

A very cool place!
