Lost and Found

This morning, not a single child who complained to me about the cold was wearing a hat. It brought back memories of my dad making wisecracks whenever he saw my hat in my pocket instead of on my head. Something along the lines of "Keeping your hat warm in case it gets cold out?" or, "You know if you get cold you might want to stick your head in there too." He was quite the joker, and wasn't shy about looking silly in an unusual hat either.
