it’s beginning to look a lot like……

It was tree & decorations day yesterday, H put most of them up, I helped a little as best I could when she started flagging ;-)

Delboy was very interested in all the dangly sparkly things…..but the Santa statue scared him lol! It took ages to get the boys set for this pic, George was very fed up, hence his hound dog expression, Del kept moving ;-p

Today I met up with a friend of mine & Ns. We met Nola & Richard at our time share resort a good many years ago, they are Smiths too! Richard & Norm has an awful lot in common,!it was uncanny, we had some great fun times.

Just after covid took hold, we had a message from Nola saying that Richard had died suddenly, we were devastated. Little did we know I’d be facing the same thing 11 months later.

So I am glad to report 3/4 years on, both Mrs’ Smiths are doing ok.

Nola lives 35 mins from C’s, so we made a plan. We had a lovely catch up over coffee & later, lunch @ Doddington Hall. We checked out their lovely Bauble Barn, amongst other things, managed not to spend too much :-)
