Again...
It's very easy to default to posting images of Jax when I'm not feeling motivated. He's almost always up for a game in the backyard. Some might call this "fetch" but in Jax's case it's more like "keep away" because he will only surrender the toy if a treat is produced. I've created a monster.
I finished up the final edits on my images and got everything uploaded into an online gallery and off to the event coordinator. I always have a little case of nerves at this point - the voice in my head saying "what if they don't like the images, the images could have been better, blah, blah, blah." I will feel better once people start downloading images of their dogs.
I sent back the 70-180 lens today, reluctantly. It's a nice lens and I think I will end up buying one. It isn't quite as spectacular as Nikon's 70-200 but it also isn't as heavy or as big. And for my purposes, it will work perfectly.
I am now going to curl up with the dog and read a book. I'm currently reading "The Briar Club" and absolutely loving it.
cheers!
Debbi
