Above His Staion

A promising start to our final session of Christmas tree sales. It was cold, clear and bright, and as we neared Longshaw we could see inversions along the Hope Valley, but the road took us into the mist and that also covered Longshaw. We thought it would burn off but it never did.
It was a fairly quiet morning but got quite busy in the afternoon. There are quite a few Robins which flit around the site and perch atop the trees and signs. This one even came into the cabin at one point.
