Preparations

We are having an early Christmas family celebration this weekend before our eldest granddaughter flies off to Canada for Christmas with her mother. So the decorations are all up, including this Christmas tree which is placed in the hall so that passers by outside can enjoy it. (Our main tree is in the stairwell at the foot of the stairs.)

I’m now desperately trying to print our own Christmas cards – always the last to be designed and produced! – so that I can try and write the overseas ones and get them posted before the family descend.
