Gifts

R arrived home from Riyadh this morning. A smooth trip landing at Heathrow about 5am and home by 10am. I went to needles and natter and did some cross stitch embroidery for a change.

On the way home B and I called in to see R and caught up on the news over a coffee. It feels as though she has been away for absolutely ages. She has been given gifts which she has shared with me. The bag I can use, the book I will have a look at and return to her.

It has been a productive day. The window cleaner has been, a day early. Also we are awaiting the delivery of some gear for the ground work chap that is due to start tomorrow. Their timing has fitted in nicely.
