Morning light

Walked with a friend at the lake today. Our first walk together since she had to say goodbye to her dog, our great friend Pepper, last week. It was sad, and Koj couldn’t understand why Pepper wasn’t with us, but we enjoyed talking about the adventures that we have all shared. A long meeting with our valley refugee welcome committee this afternoon, and then the evening dog walk while Monsieur B very kindly rotivated my veg patch ready for winter. A busy old day.
