Tutoring all morning then headed into town to look for some trainers. I HATE shoe shopping with a passion. I have wide feet and so trying on anything other than ‘boats’ is a nightmare. First shop I went in was JD Sports. Asked the girl (and I do mean girl!) for advice about which was the widest fit - no clue. Chose a couple of pair to try on, asked for a shoe horn so I didn’t tread down the backs - she looked at me as if I had got horns!! As you can guess, no success. Headed into Sports Direct, tried a pair, bought a pair!
This is a tree into the village in the very foggy drive back. Simply to pick sis up and take her to the doc back in town! She’s had a cold and what is likely to be flu and a chest infection since Saturday and really isn’t getting any better, so a doc visit it is then!
