when i opened the lounge blinds i saw how the tiny buds are promising new life when spring comes……

i also thought how almost elegant the tender birch branches are…….

the physio rang early this morning asking if she could come today…..yes please i said…..she’s just been and had a good look and poke and made me do exercises on the bed and with my rollator…..it was painful but in a good way…..so my days will be filled ….:) she also organises a toilet raiser for me as my toilet is very low……..and she’ll be back next wednesday…..
