"Look! I'm Glowing!"

Henry wanted to help do a bit of Christmas decorating but was taken by the golden light he seemed to be bathed in.  I tried to explain the concept of "reflective light" to him, that the light from the window was bouncing off the golden star and giving him that golden glow.  He was enthralled and that brought to an end his decorating help!  I remember demonstrating that concept to my students years ago.  Errands today and maybe a bit of snow tonight.  Nothing much....I hope!
