Universal Studios Hollywood

It was really hard to say goodbye to Bob and Gail. They sure made us feel very welcome and we loved exploring that part of the US with them.

Well, we are here in LA and on the next leg of our adventure in America. Got picked up by a friend of Martin's and he kindly gave us a quick tour of LA before bringing us to our hotel in Hollywood.

We freshened up and made a beeline to Universal Studios to get as much time as possible there before they closed at 10pm! It wasn't cheap so we wanted to get our money's worth. The Transformer ride was AMAZING!!! And the tour of the studios was informative, fun and familiar in some ways, as we've seen so many of the sets in different movies ... yet made to look so original in each one.

Then a quick round of some souvenir shopping and now we're pretty shattered. So excited to be here, we're in Hollywood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
