Sea Mist

Sea mist curling through the suburbs of Dunedin today. Brilliant sunshine added to the mist creating an interesting effect. Quite a bit of damage done to the beaches yesterday with some deep erosion of dunes and beaches. Large trunks of trees washed up at Lawyers Head end of beaches and lots of other flotsam and jetsam adding to the mess on high tide line. Lots of people out walking their dogs and children and sifting through the debris for treasures. Buckets of seaweed being loaded into car boots for use in gardens - I assume.
