Jacks Point Sunrise

Yesterday a sunset, today a sunrise.

It was the second, and final day of the photography workshop today. It started with a pilgrimage to Jack's Point for a sunrise photo. I was really pleased with how this turned out.

Later on we went down to the bay to photograph dogs and their owners who had descended upon the beach - there were dogs everywhere! Apparently they do this once a month, and have a doggy day at the bay!

After lunch the tutor looked at everyone's photos, and they were critiqued on them. I learned some new ideas on cropping.

We finished up with a portraiture session, which I've never done before, so that was something new.

All in all, it's been a very informative couple of days. And I got some great shots.

Oh, and my skateboard pics came out way better than I thought!
