Rakfisk

Rakfisk is a Norwegian fish dish made from trout or char, salted and autolyzed for two to three months.
We were supposed to go to Sofias birthday today. She is now 15 years old. But the tunnel under the Oslofjord was closed due an accident. It was closed for several hours. Dag happened to have rakfisk in his refrigerato, so we had a nice meal at Tofte.
