Delivery

The oil man cometh and goeth. 
I've looked at heat pumps and solar panels and neither would work in our pre-war house without eye watering investment in thermal insulation of walls and floors. I think many people are in the same situation. It worries me a future government may ban new oil boilers because I'm not sure what we would be able to do.
