Spring cleaning

I spent the day spring cleaning and putting stuff into piles for recycling or the charity. I need some clarity in my life just now, so I am making a start at decluttering. But I am going to bed thinking that I have made it worse. The house is a tip.

It's OK there is always tomorrow for a second attack, besides you can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs.

I did find time to have lunch in the garden though, and spotted that the clematis was looking lovely (the petals look like felt). It was hidden behind rather a lot of other green stuff! The bed will need some serious weeding! Maybe next weekend... humm saying that has probably resulted in the jungle we see today. Apart from the veggies the garden has been rather neglected and the recent hot weather and rain has made everything grow including the weeds.
