Took a little Christmas tree over for mums room today. She's looking well. She spent a long time telling me who everyone was on my grandparents wedding photo today- lots of Aunties! Who were actually cousins as neither of my grandparents had living brothers or sisters. My Grandad did have a sister who died before he was born in a tragic drowning accident on a frozen lake when she was about 5 or 6 yrs old along with some other children from her school. Very sad :0( 

It's funny how the mind works- that she can remember all these distant relatives names but can't tell me what she had for lunch! 

I didn't have the best start to my week- was so late starting work as Buddy had ripped out a whole line of fencing, breaking posts etc. I was so cross with him- he knew it as well as he went and stood quietly by the opposite fence with his head down. Once I had put it all back up I went over to see him and he seemed to be saying he was very sorry!!
