Another empty stage

This could be the last in the series for 2024, which started with Janey Godley in the Queen's Hall in April, though the Bach afternoon at TTDI on 18th may have a stage, or may not. Tonight, in the Gods, E and I were there to have An Audience with Monty Don. He spoke for 2 hours about gardens and life and joy and dogs. It was an enjoyable evening preceded by an idiosyncratic dinner at a busy Frizzante.

Earlier then day had gone well: good swim, all my work tasks completed, a joiner who did all the work inside and a couple of things in the garden, including putting up my Christmas present bat box (extra), roof checked, parcel delivered and some phone calls about Mum. I also did a couple of bits of personal admin. A number of boxes ticked.
