You Got To Show Me Love

Up and at 'em early for a trip to that London. 

09.10 train, into St Pancreas, met up with our buddies and off to the City.  We got off at Bank a little early to meet the rest of our gang and then I remembered that there's absolutely nothing doing around there at the weekend (apart from why we're going) so we jumped straight back on the next tube, one stop to Borough Market.  It was mobbed with people wanting artisan cheese and strawberries in chocolate for £5.  We sought sanctuary in The Market Porter.  All hail the ale. 

Back to Bank for 12.30 and into The Alchemist for Fat Tony's Full Fat Brunch with the rest of our crew.  A lovely lunch followed by day dancing.   At 5pm we headed off to The Cocktail Club at Mansion House for BOGOF happy hour.  

When it was time to go out separate ways, four of us headed for the West End to see the Christmas lights and the others headed to Victoria station.   Regent Street and Oxford Street was manic.  We took in Liberty's windows and headed for the peace of Bond Street ... Chanel Christmas lights again this year.   Next stop was a little pub tucked behind Bond Street with a very confusing layout, I covered a lot of ground and all the levels in search of the loos.  

We got home around 10.30, collected the dog from next door and called it a day.
