Guernsey Sinfonietta at St James

It was the 5th Anniversary Concert for the Guernsey Sinfonietta Orchestra created and conducted by Sebastian Grand. Fifty visiting musicians and about 25 local young musicians played Beethoven's Piano Concero in C minor, with Suzanna Macrae playing the solo impressively from memory. After the break, the second piece played was Mahler's Symphony no. 5, with David Le Page as leader.
Harriet was playing her viola, shown here laughing with her desk partner. It was a great concert!
