Chocolate Therapy

After a very difficult and stressful start to the day, left the patient with R and headed out with a friend for a couple of hours. First stop was the garden centre café where a large slice of Chocolate Therapy went down a treat. Then it was time to choose a Christmas tree which we squeezed into S’s car before heading to a certain German supermarket to buy some Christmas food goodies. 

Back home R helped me get the Christmas boxes down out of the attic then I spent the rest of the day dealing with the aftermath of the morning, and further problems that continued throughout the afternoon. I’m in desperate need of more chocolate therapy!!

Wouldn’t normally do any of these Christmas preparations so early in December but life isn’t normal right now and I have to make the most of any opportunity I have. Much colder today, only 8 degrees and a chilly wind.
