Carnival Time !!

its fabulous to be living on a street where the most energising uplifting carnival comes passed every year .....

yes, just around the corner from my flat , the carnival came passed.
I got a great vantage point ... (local knowledge) and took 100s of photos ... very hard to choose which one to have as my blip but loved the energy on this one..

the carnival happens in liverpool every year as a celebration of the diversity of cultures that are so welcome in this city ... was feeling pretty upbeat this morning, but if you weren't the carnival was the place to go !
