Rockies Christmas night out

After a day of rushing around shopping, cleaning, getting the spare room sorted, the dining table laid, walking the dog and making some chicken liver pate I finally got time to get ready for my Rock choir Christmas party.

My lovely neighbour Yvonne drove us there and back again and as it’s held in a lawn bowling club, the drinks were much cheaper than usual city centre prices. It was a great night full of singing along to the music whilst we danced, chatting and enjoying the tasty buffet. The social committee do a wonderful job pulling everything together.
