Dessert

Today's the day ..................... to share the cooking

Because I was out at work all day, our meal tonight was a combined effort. I made the main course which was pork braised in cider vinegar sauce with red cabbage and apple - and new potatoes out of the garden.

This was the dessert prepared earlier by Sue and Will - rhubarb and strawberry soufflé with a raspberry coulis and crème fraiche.

Tasted pretty good too ......................
