35°C air temperature, 25°C lake temperatur

Now around 11pm it is still 30°C outside. I might sneak into a friends garden and sleep in their inflatable pool.

Stupid lumbago!

My boy-friend was playing in the mountains today, but my day was spent just easing my back pain. At least what my back likes coincides with my preferences: Walking and swimming seems to help it, sitting in a chair is not good at all.
Embarrassingly again I had to get a friend to help me with mucking out the horses... A good friend she is!

Despite my back playing up again we watched the fireworks at Küssnacht harbour tonight.
