Christmas at the Castle

A trip back to the Castle in the Clouds with a friend for their annual Christmas event.  It was the first time my friend had been there.  All the rooms were festooned in Christmas cheer.  I especially liked the main hall with the champagne display of stacked glasses atop champagne bottles.  (No champagne unfortunately.)  I've included a view of the lake from one of the windows.  The weather was perfect for our visit.  We also enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Stables Cafe.  A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.  Christmas Eve is 3 weeks from tomorrow!
