Merchant Festival, Glasgow

Great buzz in this part of the city today. Loved the concept of this "travelling tearoom". The festival is still on tomorrow and you can hear bands, watch street drama, buy food, jewellery etc.

I did find it a bit crowded- think we went at the busiest point. I saw a lot of backs!

In the Trongate area, there was lots going on to encourage people along to the Commonwealth Games next summer. Was tempted to have a go at the weightlifting, but felt the indoor bowls was more me!!
