Duvet day coupon redeemed

Yesterday (Saturday) was supposed to be a rest day after seeing S, but I ended up going down  town with him and hanging out, and somehow in the library I picked up my shopping bag badly, and hurting. 

Today was the rest day, then, since lying or sitting  seemed most bearable. I did not go to a party. I didn't really mind, as it was a a daytime event on the other side of Stroud. Instead I watched a lot of TV/Netflix , finished one novel and started on a Christmas mystery by Anne Perry. I think I read one before and didn't like it much, but she is an NYT bestselling author, so I'll give this one a go. I've read some of the stories in Silent Nights, but not all.
