A blink of light (Day 3492)

After my long sleep on Friday night, last night's sleep was much more disturbed and I woke up with the all too familiar sciatica pain. After breakfast I took Sigyn a wander up the hill, then headed to town with my beautiful wife to get the weekly shopping done.
Back home we put stuff away and had coffee before HV zoomed off to the horses to get out for a ride. I decided it wasn't worth the risk of causing myself more pain by getting out on a horse.
Once HV was back at the ranch, and after lunch, we took Sigyn to Lyde where we got drookit. The rain cleared and there was a hint of brightness over Hoy.
