This wee fella popped up in the garden today. Can only think it might be some sort of anemone?

Mr Lif and I were up with the sparras this morning and having declared it a " do nothing" day we did just that. A leisurely brunch was followed by a spot of basking in the sun and reading of papers.

The clouds came over so we headed in to snooze watch a movie

After tea we walked up to the pub on the hill. While we were there a cycling family arrived. Poppy immediately befriended them. As we chatted it turned out that through the power if social media we "knew them". The man was Superfly a fellow local Instagramer who also tags his local photos #balmullolife for the local rag! How did they recognise us? An Instagram post I had done of Oscar on the hill with 3 blipday red balloons!

Home and time for a movie and something chilled
