On my walk

I usually go for a walk in the morning but today the rain put me off. However the weather improved this afternoon and it was really mild as I walked round the village. The church looked very imposing in the dusk and I went to look at the first of the Advent windows (see extra). Every year 24 villagers get together to produce advent windows in their homes leading up to Christmas. A list is posted in the post office and people get a lot of pleasure walking round finding the different windows.
