Christmas tree error!

Ooops so N wanted 6ft  like last year only this one was huge!! we had to move furniture, Cut of many branches! to get it to fit! 
Forgetting we no longer had a 1930's Edwardian House with High ceilings!!
Was about to say put in the garden and chop chop it fitted with a bit of furniture removal..
Cannot  get my hear round how much food is!!! gulp.. Was it not suppose to drop!!
Dreading going back.to.work this week..
