Ottolenghi Strikes Again

Here I am, back home again, I'm here to rest...

Holidays nearing an end so it's a case of cooking up a storm and washing it all down with some pink champagne. This is Ottolenghi's roast chicken with saffron, hazelnuts & honey. With chilli garlic broccoli on the side. Delicious.
