Isle of Wight - Day one.

We woke at 4am, with a view to leaving the house by 5am, destined for the Isle of Wight with our friends The Shaikhs.

We arrived at a delightful campsite, after a ferry ride and having to reverse down a small single track road. (Which was fun... Not!).

We spent the afternoon by the outside pool. After eating fish and chips and a few glasses of wine we are beat. Time for an early night with thoughts of sunshine, white sand beaches and local cafes / pubs to explore for the rest of the week.
