Plätzchen

It‘s that time of year again when I dip into the recipe books and knock out some batches of biscuits so the regular Saturday shop was a bit more expensive for S than usual as I replenished our supplies. Today’s baking selections were Oat & Cinnamon plätzchen and Coffee & Cardomom shortbread but the first turned out distinctly non-photogenic so didn’t get their photo taken! Taste good though.
