Naughty Nell on the sofa again. 

Eva had an early PC rally. Unfortunately after the warm up some farmers started shooting nearby. One of the shots landed on the roof of the arena which set all the horses off. Fortunately no one fell off but Jack was really upset and it took a while for him to settle and get back to jumping. He wouldn't go into the corners for the rest of the time! Poor lad. Someone went over and had a word with the shooters - the apologised. They were on their own land but shouldn't have been shooting across someone else's. 

I had a lesson with Ruth this afternoon. Bud was fab - we did walk to canter transitions which if you'd asked me this morning if we could do them I would have said definitely not, but we did!
