Last volunteers of 2024 begin (pt1)

Technically they're part of the last cohort, but getting all 8 organised was such a logistical nightmare in the end I gave up and decided to split this first training course in to two groups.
Lovely people. Recruitment, and then having to select (which of course also means turning people down) can be a difficult, frustrating, saddening.... and we've not always got it right..... But each group we get better as we learn more. We also have a new 'team youth' record.... W is 19!

Spirits stayed high despite a very very damp day.
