Another bitterly cold morning.

There were pockets of ice on the pavements and I managed to slip while going downhill. I fell backwards but I got my hands down in time to prevents any pain!

However, after simply going down the stairs at work, I somehow landed awkwardly on my left leg and now my knee is very sore. It was not pleasent walking to the bus stop!
