Sadly, not a lot! Roy has nurtured them and dried them carefully - and they looked beautiful from the outside. When he cut into one today, however, it was rotting from the inside... as was the second one... ad infinitum ;( 

How silly - all that time and effort, for rotten veg! It hasn't been a good growing season in our garden this year!
