St Andrews Day parkrun

Attended the Polkemmet Country Parkrun this morning for the 10th time. It’s a nice but tough course. Great volunteers and the RD used to look after L at nursery about 11-12 years ago.

Back home and made a pot of lentil and bacon soup for lunch before MrsT took L to the shops to meet a friend.

As it is St Andrews day today, we had a piper at parkrun, piping is to the start point and lots of tartan and flags on show.

A local running club were handing out free T-shirts so I have a new one for the collection.
