A goldfinch waiting its turn on a feeder

I couldn't resist this goldfinch sitting on the old dead branch of the rhus tree. It seemed to be waiting for the other small birds to clear away from the feeder which hangs from a branch about five yards away. I thought it looked very smart with bright colours and its feathers in fine condition.
