An enjoyable morning run around the Wetlands - pictured above - before I walked into work, stopping at the new coffee shop, Fort Coffee, just where Chapel Street meets Trinity Way.

I chatted to the Barista while he made takeaway coffees for me and the Minx (who was already at the office). It transpired he was also an electronic music lover, so we had a nice long chat. I nearly asked him his name but thought maybe that was a bit weird, but then he asked me mine!

The rest of the day was pretty relaxed, although I still have some mildly stressful stuff going on, but the Minx had time to draw a Christmas wreath on one of the interior windows (see Extra).

This was, of course, a mild breach of my personal policy that nothing Christmassy should happen before December, but everyone is in the office tomorrow, and there will only be a couple of office days in December. 

And the day finished nicely as I met Simon and Yoss for a couple of post-work drinks while the Minx was getting her nails done, and then I picked up Hannah who came back home of dinner. (The Minx made an absolutely amazing soup.)
