Seafield Tower

The remaining ruins of a sixteenth-century castle on the Fife coastal path to the west of Kirkcaldy.  Sometimes just referred to as a Medieval Tower, there soon won't be much of it left as it is slowly crumbling away.  A few years ago, a big chunk fell off.

I fancied a walk along there after doing a supermarket shop after lunch. The tide was in but almost calm.
