Long and cold day

Loðvík, my ginger cat, only left the house for a few minutes early this morning and decided he wouldn't brace the -15°C for the rest of the day. 
 I'm still feeling unwell so unfortunately I had to stay at home from work.

In the news:  Teachers' strikes are postponed until January 31, 2025.

Today would have been my father's 74th birthday. He died November 7th 2021 from lung cancer. 

He enjoyed sailing and he was an excellent carpenter, always helping out where needed and taking care of his family. I miss him so much.
