Derwentwater Reflections...

We left home this morning with the hope of snow in The Lakes when we got there. But sadly no. What was even worse is there was plenty of snow falling at home.... Our first snow and i wasn't going to be there to witness it!

We stopped off at Rheged for lunch. And we were rewarded with a stunning photography exhibition.- Native Spirit: the Herdwick by Ian Lawson. Some of the images were huge. They depicted beautiful photos of Herdwick sheep in the Lake District landscape and stories of the farmers who look after them. 

We then drove to Keswick and got ourselves settled into the apartment. before we lost the light we had a wander around the shore of Derwentwater. It was so still, so I got some great reflections.
