Office with a view

Neil and I went off for our morning walk at 8 am.

Ipanema direction this time.

The sun is fully back!

Went for a swim when we were back at our bit of beach and parked our stuff with a lovely lady who happened to be German and living at the Copacabana.

What a coincidence!!!



Back for last orders breakfast - I only had coffee and detox juice.
I am off food today.
This feels really good!!!



Neil packed for Santos and did some work.
I prepared for my call with Sarah at 1 pm.


Neil left at 2 pm with their private transfer.

Off to a long car journey to Santos close to Sao Paulo.



I went for a coffee then prepared to go to the beach.



It was packed - crazy packed.


I did not enjoy it too much but stayed for a while.



At 5 pm I went back, showered and went for a walk along the Copacabana.
Had a big açai without sugar.


Then a coconut on the roof top.



About to fall to bed.
