Line Up

It was freezing cold at Huish Park for Yeovil’s home game against high flying Barnet tonight and not long after I took this photo of the team’s coming out before the game the battery in my phone died so this is the only photo I took all day.

In the first half we couldn’t get anywhere near an excellent Barnet team who moved and passes really quickly and we were relieved to only be 1 0 down at half time. In the second half we were much better and deserved our equaliser, only to concede a winner with 10 minutes to go. In added time we hit the post and we’re denied a penalty with the very last kick (literally) of the game when one of our players was tripped. Sadly the ref didn’t see it. Barnet went top of the table as a result.

Earlier Tess had a pleasant surprise when her friends took her out for an afternoon tea as an early birthday present (her birthday is next week).
