Wet (Day 3490)

I was vaguely aware of my beautiful wife getting up at stupid o'clock this morning to head for the ferry. Normally once I have woken up, I don't go back to sleep, so my alarm going off was a bit of a surprise.
After getting Sigyn out for a wet wander and having breakfast I headed to the bathroom refit.
I got the new towel rail fitted then found that one of the bath panels was the wrong size, and the balls up appears to be misprint in the manufacturers catalogue. I had planned on working a half day and, with nothing else I could get on with, I cleared up and headed home.
Sigyn and I had a very wet wander at Lyde, and after lunch I collected a load of pellets for the boiler. The rest of the afternoon has been spent on the couch.
The sciatica has been more bearable today, either because it is getting better or the painkillers are starting to work.
