A Windy Day

It’s been quite a windy but sunny day, perfect for washing and drying my thick brushed cotton bedding. I walked in to town this morning for a few things, to pay in a load of change at the post office and to look round the Bakers & Larners 20% off event (I didn’t buy anything). This afternoon I picked up a load more leaves - that was a battle with the wind! Then I did a load of ironing whilst watching Beatles ‘64 which had great archive footage (even for a non Beatles fan like me). I’ve blipped my Autumn ornament by Doug Hyde before, but I do like it and it suited the day. I was pleased that the Assisted Dying Bill passed to the next stage.
